Albatross Lodge Call

The suites

Nine fully furnished private suites.

That is what Albatross Lodge says about its rooms, and it is what this page will say too. Everything past that — layouts, beds, kitchens, rates — comes from the lodge, by phone.

What the lodge has published

Confirmed

  • Nine suites in total
  • Every suite is private
  • Every suite is fully furnished
  • Described by the lodge as designed for comfort and convenience
  • One central address: 1487 Albatross Avenue

That is the complete published record — two sentences on the lodge's Chamber of Commerce listing, and the address. Nothing on this page goes beyond it.

What it has not

Worth asking when you call

  • Bed configuration in each suite
  • Kitchen or kitchenette, and what is in it
  • Laundry — in-suite, on-site or neither
  • Wi-Fi and TV
  • Parking
  • Nightly, weekly and monthly rates
  • Minimum stay, and rates for work rotations
  • Check-in and check-out times
  • Pets, smoking and accessibility

Rather than guess at any of these, this concept lists them. On a live site they would be filled in by the lodge in an afternoon.

Private means the door is yours

The lodge calls all nine suites private, and that is the word worth leading with: your own door, your own space, for as long as you have it booked — whether that is a night or a run of weeks.

What sits behind each of those nine doors is the lodge's to describe — and the first thing this site would ask them for.

Fully furnished, so you can travel light

Furnished suites change what a stay costs you in effort. Nothing to move in, nothing to move out, and a week or a month is the same amount of packing as a night.

Exactly what “furnished” covers here — cooking, laundry, linen, a desk — is a question for the phone, and a good one to ask before you book a long stay anywhere.

Nine is a number you can hold in your head

A nine-suite lodge is run by people who know every room. Availability is a real conversation rather than a calendar grid, and an odd request — a late arrival, a longer stint, two suites side by side — is something a person can simply answer.

It also means the lodge fills. If your dates are fixed, call sooner rather than later.

Ask about a suite.

Dates, how many of you, how long you need it for — the lodge can take it from there.
